Just want to give a shout out to ZachS and all the other DIRT folks. I specifically name ZachS because he is currently helping me out with a few minor issues. I'm sure all the other Dirt members offer the same level of concern as ZachS. We thank all of you!!!!! This program has been a great success from day one. We are so glad you guys and gals are here. Keep up the good work.

I also want to say thanks to the DIRT guys! Matt was the last one to help me, so thanks again to him! I know it probably gets kind of stressful when we all come at you at once, but you all handle it very professionally. Love having you here when the normal CSR route let's us down.

Yep, they're a great asset to Satelliteguys! Even if the answer is not what you hoped for, at least you have confidence that it's right. Zach tried to help me this afternoon with a couple of the promos that are listed around here, but he was unable to add them without me losing my grandfathered "no locals" status. Since they don't even offer ABC and FOX in SD in my DMA, and CBS is SD only, i decided to pass.
