What days/times are DIRT representatives available to activate purchased receivers?

Only when Speedy is on.
It is a waste of DIRT time and talent to merely activate a receiver. That's easily handled with a phone call to Dish.
Bad advice. For a completely no doubt, no worry, no problem communication, DIRT ONLY!!!If you are all setup, you can do the online chat or call the main number, you don't have to wait for DIRT.

DIRT would've done it in 5.That's what I did for Hopper #3, had no problems, was activated in less than 10 minutes .

If you are setting up a new account with purchased equipment, DIRT would be the only way
regular customer service would probably put them on a 2 year agreement
The chat folks are good agents. I've never had an issue with an tier 2 chat agent.
