DIRECTV using the Alaska/Hawaii dual 1.2m dishes

DIRECTV has a project (Commercial MDU market) where they are recommending the use of the two 1.2 meter dishes normally used in Alaska and Hawaii. I am attempting to use them in the SE US. I know of a site in NC that is using them with success. But myself and a site in SC are having issues.

I am looking for anyone who has used them in CONUS. We get 99/101/103 fine (that is off dish 1). We do not get 110/119 (dish 2). All of our interconnects are good. The signals look good on a spectrum analyzer. Our test set locks to the 110/119 signals and identify them as DIRECTV. But our receivers will not display the test channels for 110/119. The only thing we are unclear about is the bracket for mounting the LNBs on the feed assembly. There is a position for Alaska and a position for Hawaii. Since I am not in those regions I wonder where that should be.

Anyone out there have experience with this?

I have one of these but haven't connected it yet.
I communicated with a person in achorage about his set up and they could not get the 110 119 to work thru the KAKUKIT switch.
Wired it like this and it worked fine
