Augusta is still down, along with WVVA Bluefield and WHNS Greenville. Some of the Augusta stations are back on air, however DTV's receive facility for the DMA is surrounded by outages on the GPC map.

WCYB (NBC/CW) and WEMT (FOX) in the Tri-Cities TN-VA went out this morning after their tower lost power.

EDIT: WVVA returned to air at around 3:06pm ET, although it took another hour or so for regular programming to resume on the main NBC channel

The Knoxville locals are all on air, that area was mostly affected by flooding.

The Augusta area was hit when Helene still had hurricane force winds, which knocked down a lot of power lines and trees.

DIRECTV's local receive facility for the market is in Greenville, so they're likely ingesting WLOS from their Paris Mountain repeater W31DY-D instead of the main signal.

Regarding the Targeted Offers channels. The only channel appearing in my guide at the current time is 9756. I am located in the Murfreesboro / middle TN area.

It's mostly just a bunch of Ku Offline test records, no evidence of what they are for yet. Many times they never go live and just exist to test guide data mappings or some other features like interactive experiences or VOD links.

For fans of the Panthers, Mavericks, Kraken, Golden Knights and "Hockey Club", the following Tegna and Scripps independent stations are now testing on the stream server:
KMPX/29 Dallas (Mavericks) -- Switching to English and rebranding to KFAA on 10/20
WSFL/39 Miami (Panthers)
KASW/61 Phoenix (Golden Knights/Utah Hockey Club)
KONG/16 Seattle (Kraken)
KWBA/58 Tucson (Golden Knights/Utah Hockey Club)
WHDT/59 West Palm Beach (Panthers)

Salt Lake City's KJZZ/14 (Jazz) and KUPX/16 (Hockey Club), Phoenix's KAZF/32 (Sun/Mercury) and Vegas's KMCC/34 (Golden Knights) are already available to stream for sat customers


Also, WHNS Greenville returned at around 7:38pm. Augusta's WRDW (CBS) and WCES (GPB) are still down. No TV stations have filed anything, but several radio stations in Florida, South Carolina and Georgia lost their towers during Helene
