I have D* as well and have been watching some MLB ...must be missing them or just not paying attention ...

That may take a long time, because there are multiple camera positions on every hole, plus roving cameras. Golf has by far the largest playing field of any sport (other than maybe road races like Tour de France) and as a result the most complex production control.

Whoopty Do. All you need is a C61K that actually works. The techs finally removed mine after 4 service calls trying to get it to work properly.
