I have a question. I want to purchase a Directv system in Puerto Rico and install it in Florida. Since I travel alot between PR and Florida I will pay my bill in PR.
Before I do that I want to make sure the satellite transponder carrying Directv has a footprint here in West-Central Florida. What I have been able to research is that Directv PR is carried on Panamsat Galaxy 3C satellite transponder 23, according to directvpr.com and info from http://www.satcodx7.com/2650/eng. But according to the SATCO site the footprint points toward South America, and there is no coverage for Puerto Rico. What this means is that this can't possibly be the transponder and/or satellite carrying Directv PR programming.
Does anyone have any information about this? Thanks.
