For those with the HR20 (OTA tuner), when you "move", does the guide info update with your local information? For example, if I moved from Milwaukee to NYC, would both listings appear in the EPG? Also, is at all possible to engineer them to leave both markets turned on (both the Milwaukee and New York markets), without the necessity for an OTA antenna input? D* doesn't currently offer our CBS affiliate (WDJT) in HD. Thanks for all your help!

Doesn't update automatically, no. You have to call DTV and tell them you've moved to get the local channels updated in your Guide Menu.
When you say "leave both markets turned on" do you mean both Milwaukee and NYC?? Technically yeah it's possible but the FCC prohibits it. They won't give you a waiver either just for the one channel simply because it isn't in HD yet, since they offer the SD.

If you moved to NYC say, the Milwaukee channels would remain in the guide until you called and had them switched, BUT, you wouldn't be under that spot-beam anymore, and wouldn't recieve anything on them. Would either give you 771 or another message.

What I mean is, is it possible that they would "accidentally" leave both markets turned on? It doesn't even have to be NYC, it could be Chicago (I just chose NYC because the big 4 isn't on spotbeam). I'm not interested in actually moving, but "moving". I hope that clarifies things.

It wouldn't really matter if it was by accident or not. Either way, you would only be in the spotbeam of one or the other usually. The only way you would probably get two sets of locals is if you are in range of two spotbeams and one of them has your old locals and the other one has your new locals AND if they forget to turn off the old ones. That's a lot of IFs to worry about and probably not gonna happen.

If you're using OTA you'll get the guide data for whatever zip code you've entered into the receiver. Then you'll also get guide data for the D* locals for whatever your service address is.
