Are you by any chance trying to use an old Dish Network dish to receive 95w?
I ask, because you asked a question on the Dish side a year ago.

I'm thinking that you are trying to reuse the Dish and possibly the LNB isn't compatible?

Oh BTW, DirecTV reception in Canada is illegal.
