I need help guys! My balcony is facing SE. How can I install a dish without my property manager telling me to take it out?

First question is where are you located?

And along with Boba's question; (as in zip code) and do you have a heading compass to determine your LoS?

DO NOT install anything without first knowing your complex rules as stated in your contract; meaning even though you have the right to your exc, get permission and/or any waiver, etc; and you need to know/understand what constitutes your exclusive use. Railings and walls are almost always off limits. You will save yourself a ton of headaches and likely money too.

Great sounds like you have already done some checking. Are you going to use the 5gal concrete bucket with pipe mount?

Will you be using a PhaseI, PhaseIII or 5LNB dish?

How about that heading compass and knowing if you have the correct LoS?
