I am selling my HR10-250 DIRECTV TIVO (I own it, NOT leased). It works, but it has a bad hard drive (I confirmed with Western Digital diagnostics.) The unit will sometimes work for several days before restarting and sometimes it will constantly restart. It includes; power cable, HDMI cable, S-Video cable, Component cables, Composite cables
