Ok, my R10 died on me last night, which really isn't too big of a deal since I'm thinking about switching to HD anyway. However, I just learned that there is now a cable company in my area that offers HD and I'm thinking about switching to them instead of staying with D*. Does anybody have the customer retention number for D* so I can at least call them and see what kind of offers they will give me?
 
:D 800-600-8977 is direct. Probably too late as I am sure you have called. But for anyone else that might need it. Don't know why I have that number memorized.
