DIrectv and MLBEI messed up my MLB.tv again.

Every time Directv has a free preview of EI, I lose my authorization to MLB.tv. It says to call Directv, but the CSRS are always clueless about this problem. I guess when the freebie is over I will get it back. It sucks to have something taken away because Directv can't figure out how to keep the free preview people from getting into the mlb.tv that comes with EI.
Does happen to anyone else or are they picking on me?

My MLB at Bat app is messed up.
