Fox News and Food SD in HD?

Is there any word whether or not Fox News and the SD Food Network channel will be going HD any time soon.

Since FOX has Fox Business in HD, I would think it would be a natural switch for Fox News to go HD.

As far as Food, why not simulcast the regular feed in HD. I know they have shows, most of them I would imagine, filmed in HD.
