I went out and fixed the tilt(was 71, should be 69), then turned the dish about 1/8" to the right and this is what they have now:

119-98
110-96
101-93
103-91

Much better. Most that have a low ss on 103 are prob in the same boat, lazy installation.

I am geting a zero reading in Rawlins, Wyoming. But I just got a replacment recever hooked up yesterday so it might not be reading everything yet.

That's not the problem, if it's working correctly then you should be seeing something. Is it passing the 499 BBC test (says searching for signal and not the screening saying you need to install them)?
