Yes, with the intent of selling them. I'm sure it's contraindicated in the fine print somewhere.

Yeah there is a grey area in what I did, but there is no rule you can’t request an RMA for something you don’t have so you can sell it at an 800% profit on eBay.

Made good money selling those model 5000 receivers with HDTV adaptor in the early days.

I even hooked up with a guy selling Hipix cards and computers with removable hard drives. Had a nice little HDTV movie collection before we had blue rays and HD/DVR’s
