I relocated a customer owned unit, ran new cable at 7am in the pooring down rain. took me 40 mins to driver there and was completely soaked when i got finished. How does directech repay me for my hard work? 5 dollars.
I couldnt believe it so i talked with some more techs and they are getting some 5 dollar upgrades also. dvrs pay has dropped also. I asked my local office for a sheet telling exactly what each peice of work should pay and no one has anything.
