Direct TV Service questions

Contemplating switching from Dish to DirecTV. I can bundle my service with Verizon phone and Internet service. Need to know, going with the + HD DVR package, will I get my locals plus the National Network feeds? Also will I be able to receive the PBS National feed on 384? With DISH I lease my 3 HD receivers. What's the deal with Directv?

If you get locals, then you can't get nationals. Unless you pay a lot of money for one, something like $600, all of the dvrs are leased.
