Direct tv online system builder says i need 2 dishes?

I am thinking of switching to dtv from dish, when i build my system online it says the 5 lnb slimline dish and 1 additional dish. i am getting the premier package with hd and sd locals (johnstown/altoona, pa) what is the need for the second dish and what dish and which programming will be on it. i am at zip 15845. any help would be appreciated. pajer

Your SD locals are on the 72.5 deg. satellite, which requires a separate dish. The output of that dish will be combined with the Slimline in a multiswitch.

thanks for the info, do you know which switch or other equipment will be needed? I am getting 2 hd-dvr's and 1 regular receiver. thanks, pajer

It'll be a WB68 switch, which D* will supply as part of your install

Yes ,it won't be too much longer. And you'll be with one Dish!

Just to add .I don't think you will get HD locals on that satellite. If it matters.
