Diqicipher 2

Can a Pansat 2500 pickup the Diqicipher 2? I found some channels in the clear but are Diqicipher 2 and I can not pick up the signal.

No you can not. They are 2 separate systems. Pansat2500A will pick up MPEG-2 Digital Video Broadcasting (DVB). Even though Lynsat show Digicipher 2 in the clear, you need a receiver that is capable of receivering a DCII signal to view these channels.
