Digital sub-channels availability

If I get my locals from Dish, will they be adding my sub-channels once the D-TV switch happens in February?
My locals all have additional channels on their sub-channels, and would like access to them through Dish and not a Digital over the air antenna...Is this why they are selling this D-TV Pal?

If you are getting them now, you should still be getting them in Feb. Most of the dma's are already using the digital feeds and not the analog. The dtv pal is for people with ota but do not have a digital tuner either in their tv or sat receiver. As far as any channels Dish does not have now, that is between them and the local stations in question.

You won't see sub channels on sat any time soon.
