Is it "all digital" or "digital simulcasting" ?? There's a difference... Going truly all digital would require everyone to have a set-top box from the cable company and that's not something that will go over well with many customers. If they really plan to do this, they need to get set-tops to every customer who doesn't currently have one before they can flip those final channels over.
Nonetheless, I suspect they're NOT going all digital, but are simply not done with their simulcast testing/rollout phase. As terryfoster asked, have they announced anything ?? They won't until it's done and even then, I'm not sure they even announce it.
