Digital Coax Audio

So, I want to use the digital coax audio out on my HR21 to my audio receiver less then 6 feet away. Right now I am using a compositite RG59 video cable and it seems to be working fine.

Is there any reason to buy specific S/PDIF RG6 digital coax cable or am I fine with what I have?

If it works, don't sweat it.

S/PDIF is specified at 75 ohm, so you should be golden.
