I'm on a low carb diet. Basically, avoid carbs and try to reduce calories.
What suggestions do you have for lunches? Cold or microwaved. Sandwiches are out, as are potatoes, rice, etc. Got to eat more than just meat slices wrapped around a pickle with a side of cheese. Not keen on frozen diet meals from WW and others.
I've had salmon patties and chicken. And hamburger patties (no bun), but I minimize that as I just can't see the fat during a diet. I snack on an almond at a time and maybe a few cherries. Generally one soda a day (not diet). Cut alcohol in half or more.
I'd love to get some ideas on what others are eating while on this kind of diet. Would like to get down from a 41 to a 38 waist.
