Did Dish changed the volume setting??

A couple days ago I began to notice that I have to increae the volume on my receiver to get the same level of loudness...
Before this change, I always watch HD channels at about -35dB on my Marantz receiver...
However, I have to raise the volume to about -25dB to -30dB now to get the same level of loudness...

Also, we used the complain about the volume been uneven between SD channels & HD channels, but it seems to be gone too...
I used to have to turn the volume down if I switch to SD channels, but now I can leave the volume as is between SD & HD channels...
(Some commercials still are louder than regular programming though..)

What receiver? Check your Dolby Digital settings at 6-7 on the menu.

I've noticed the same thing on my 722 since being "Turbo-Charged".
