Where else in North America can you ski all day long and spend the evening soaking up European atmosphere? White Hot Winter in Quebec City is all about ice. We go ice climbing at Montmorency Falls, the tallest (frozen) waterfall in North America. (yep, taller than Niagara Falls). After a day of skiing LeMassif and Mount St. Anne, we visit the Ice Hotel.
