curious to know why the devils game is blacked out on foxny?

I was wondering the same thing. I am out of there market but it was blacked out.
It was shown on center ice though.

sorry for the late reply. foxny is my rsn, so why was the game blacked out? i know it was on center ice but just a curious question. i do get rangers and islanders games on msg and foxny so maybe i dont qualify for a third team.

It has to do with the teams themselves. They feel if you are too far out of the immediate NYC area, you are not eligable to view games. I get FSNY and MSG as part of my regional sports net and Islanders and Devils are both blacked out, I only get Rangers.
