I have never received worse instructions for anything than I have for FTA receivers, switches, LNB's, etc. In many cases I receive NO instructions along which what I have purchased.

Well I just found the "instructions" for everything!

The following DiSEqC technical document explains everything. 22kHz, 13/18 volts, how DiSEqC commands work, etc. Everything you always wanted to know about setting up your receiver!

I"ve used the Eutelsat site before and it is handy for sure, Never saw the other one, thanks, looks like some good reading there.
