After speaking to an individual at E* executive resolution office last week I have been unable to get this person to return my phone calls (I have been very polite).
At this point I am seeking other ways to contact E* at levels higher than customer service or csr supervisors.
My dilemma is that they tell me I am not eligible for the 622 (or any other) upgrade. First I was told that I had a committment. Buzz - started 2 years ago and no changes or upgrades in the interim. Next was that I had to upgrade thru the local retailer (no longer in business). Finally they said that I had too many leased receivers. They claim that I have a 522 and two 322s leased and that I own my 811. In reality I purchased 2 322s and lease the 811 and 522.
Unfortunately, I can find every receipt except the ones showing I purchased the 322s. I did fax them compelling evidence in the form of a visa statement showing purchases consistent with buying the 2 322s and a date/time when they deactivated a 311 and activated my 2nd 322. (same date as one of the 322 purchases) The only reason they activated my 2nd 322 2 years ago is because it was purchased, not leased.
I am certainly willing to give up either a 322 or a 522 to upgrade but still no go.
I would appreciate a PM with phone number or email address of someone reasonable to deal with at E* - or any other advice that might help me overcome this obstacle.
