Deleting a Timer

Is there any easier way to delete a timer, especially one you accidently created (or created with the wrong parameters)?

In the switch to a "Schedule", they made it a convoluted process to delete a timer. At the least, why isn't there a "Delete Timer" button when I am viewing a specific event? There is certainly enough screen space for that.

I have no problem with it.. I go to the Timers menu in the Schedule, select the timer, press "Delete". It pops up just one more menu that shows all instances of that timer in the current schedule where you have to press "delete" or "Ok" or something like that.. Just one extra step.
