Someone had asked about how I did this so here you go:

Yes this is my own tested recipe LOL. I use the thick black label apple wood smoked bacon cut in half. Nueskes

Bring bacon to near room temp and dust lightly with rice flour & corn starch

Deep fry at 375° for about 2 or 3 mins or until your preferred crispiness.

Drain onto newspaper and immediately dust with the sugar 1st , then cheese powder and then the other powders to taste; I love extra garlic.

This is where I get my special parmesan cheese powder (shhhhh! LOL) I buy all my spices here. Parmesan Garlic
