Does anybody know anything on an eventual return to the ice for Danny Heatley?

I've heard he's looking at a Jan/Feb timetable providing there are no legal charges filed. The parents of Dan Snyder have forgiven him and don't want to make it a legal matter at all, but the state could still pursue things. He tried to skate yesterday, but had to cut the workout short early. Think he's been riding the bikes and lifting the weights in an empty workout room for the last few weeks. He's ahead of schedule from everything I've read. Initial reports had him missing the entire season, but now he's expected to play before the trade deadline.
