D* programming change question

Hi.

I got my system installed in late march. I got the 3 month TC premier deal. I want to downgrade my service before mid june. If I call D* and tell them what I want, will they charge a $5 "assistence" fee? .Has anyone downgraded their service using the D* website?

Yep! I have, note though that they will only let you change the service plan once every 24 hours!
