Well it SEEMS the bad things i was saying about csr,s were wrong. After complaining about trying to charge me extra for being a new customer to upgrade to the hddvr.
After emailing my complaint to D. I got a reply to call this special 1-800# enter a 4 digit pin.
After talking to Tonya about this she gave me the HdDvr for $99.00 plus she just billed it to my account no upfront cost. So i am now a very happy customer. Plus i got $5.00 credit for 3 months. Keep up the good work D
