So is there any news about D11 satellite? Whats it doing ? Testing ?

From the big thread over at DBS, it's still working its way to it's orbital slot, just really sloooooowly. As for testing, it's been said that Boeing and D* are testing some functions while it works its way to it's home.

Yes, it is. It is also the designation for the latest satellite that Directv will use. It could be on line in a month or so, if all goes well, although Directv has said it will be operational in September.

There are no plans to turn on D11 for customers until September.
