Customer Support Gone On Receiver

Customer support is in gray on my VIP222K menu and not clickable.

Never has been connected to the internet. It is connected to a landline and that checks good.

The customer support app was removed last Wednesday so that is now grayed out. I think it was part of channel 100 that is no longer there. I have the same thing on my VIP 211k.
