Wow I have just recently checked these forums back out. But I used these same forums when I use to work for an inbound call center for the Protection Plan customers for 2 years and I don't miss it at all. Having to put up with all the crap that Directv first puts out with bogus software upgrades... The upgrades screw more stuff up and don't seem to help anything at all. Hopefully they do get there crap together and pay engineers less ... Oh yes then Im also having to put up with the crappy R15-300, trying to watch/listen to XM 48 Squizz it always skips when I play back the recording which makes the service garbage and I still hate having to call becuase none of the customer service reps know crap and they tell you all incorrect informatioin.
