Well, considering there are at least 3 or 4 real channels there (including one- Golf- that DISH already carries)...and considering there is absolutely NO wit, humor, or apparent sarcasm displayed, I've got to assume that all 20 are absolutely real and that this guy has to be some kind of insider source. If it were a list of fake channels, there would be some kind of joke included, or some kind of creativity, or maybe a point of some sort. This is simply a matter-of-factual list. It would not surprise me to see this issued as a press release soon.
Oh wait, I'm sorry. I didn't see the smiley face at the end. I forgot that when people on the internet want to make a joke, what they do is string some words together- sometimes into sentences, but usually into something resembling a "phrase"- and then put a smiley face at the end to indicate where people should laugh. It's kind of like the laugh track on network sitcoms...it's easier to just tell people where to laugh than write actual jokes.
In this case, the somewhat rarer "cool sunglasses" face is also employed, indicating that the poster is indeed "cool". Again, this can be used in place of actually writing something "cool"
(Alternately, when making these sort of "funny" channel lists, you can insert the word "ocho" at the end of one or more channels to indicate that it's supposed to be funny.)
The smiley face also can be employed to indicate a "I'm just teasing" type post. For example, when posting something that may come off really mean, like personally attacking someone's complete lack of ability to write something witty or clever, you can put a smiley face at the end so people don't get their feelings hurt.
Well, there are several Viacom (not really HD) HD channels, and FOX Cable properties HD channels that are ready to be carried.
You must mean "Beatles".
Ah, kind of got out of the wrong side of the bed this morning did we? Or maybe it is just time for that second cup of java.
The Average IQ level at SatelliteGuys seems to go down by a point or two every week.
