Question guys on several different cband birds when I blind scan with Manhattan 1933 I get a lot of pay channels show up I thought they stopped subscription on cband or have I missed something the channels are scrambled but still show up

Those scrambled channels are mostly for cable providers and other re-broadcasters. (Armed Forces network is one exception) Sometimes some channels will go In The Clear ... so make sure you can't view them before you delete them.

There is probably an option to scan for only FTA...I can't say for sure on that partcular receiver. But if you scan only for FTA, you will miss anything that is incorrectly flagged.

That receiver does have an FTA only mode, but like armadillo said, I just scan everything. Sometimes channels will have the $ out from them, but still work.
