Cricket review or opinions

I'm looking at Cricket as a carrier for my wife's cell phone service. Mainly, because it's cheap for unlimited talk and text from a no-frills phone. Coverage? Customer Service? Complaints? Just looking for general opinions from anyone who was or is a Cricket customer.
