Credit Report Freezing

My wife and I just froze all three of our credit reports due in part to the Capital One breach. Say in the future I need to temporarily unfreeze one or more bureaus, how easy would it be and does it take long if we are looking to apply for credit somewhere?

We are also looking to get LastPass to start randomizing all of our passwords just as a precaution.

If you set up an account with them it's easy to log in and lift the freeze. We just did that and it took minutes.

So now they steal your PW to access your account? Sounds like before.

Or is two factor required?
