They were obviously going to drive home drunk as well, since they were both over the legal limit, AND they weren't done drinking yet! A BMW eh? Money can't buy you common sense, can it?

The story says that they were drunk when they arrived a the bar. One of them was drunk driving to start with and that is child endangerment as well.
