Yes, it does. What it lacks is blindscan and a channel editor, but it's a very useful box. Wouldn't pay over $100, though.

It might be loaded with hackware though. You might need to reload the factory firmware.

Same here. That CS-8000 and my Pansat-9200 aren't leaving here anytime soon! I did good with mine, it had the latest factory firmware when I got it. The 8000 is a great box.

Mine is perfect for my C/Ku Band system. No complaints at all!!!

I use to have one but gave it out to a friend who wants just 97W I think I am gonna get it back and get him a digiwave 7000. i gave it out then because when I scan OTA channel it always die when getting MPEG 4 Channels or something even the when scanning 97W it dies trying to get the Fashion TV HD. anybody experiencing this?
