What bracket or adapter do I need for a titanium pll cband lnb with scaler. Can I use existing bracket (currently using norsat lnb with channel master feedhorn) to connect c band lnb. is the bracket size to small for this?

The CS1 conical scalar includes a generic clamp that will fit may dishes, but I don't believe that it will be easily or optimally fitted to the Channel Master 1m design arm with the three merging support arms.

KU bracket is 23mm and too small to clamp a C-band feedhorn. Before disassembling the current clamp and feedhorn, measure the exact placement of the feedhorn.

Use the current clamp to create a new base to clamp the 55mm feedhorn so the center of the C-band feedhorn is at the same height as the center of the current KU feedhorn and the opening of the feedhorn is approximately the same distance and angle to the reflector. The design needs to allow the feedhorn to rotate, slide towards and away from the reflector and allso to allow the CS1 conical scalar to move towards and away from the reflector without contacting the clamp. The scalar placement is highly critical with micro/miniBUDs!
 
I used a generic c band holder and a piece of angled metal to make a bracket. I had to drill a hole in the center lnb arm to bolt the bracket on. Pics attached.

Here's another way...
The plate to which the LNB bracket is attached slides back and forward and can be angled side-to-side a bit, allowing a large range of fore-aft positioning and fine tuning without loosening the LNB bracket. The LNB height can be raised and lowered somewhat with the long threaded rods that replace the LNB bracket screws. With this flexibility, I was able to peak the signal nicely. The dish is a 1.2 m Channel Master on a Stab HH120.

There are many ways to tackle the CM 1 meter. Conduit clamps and some flat aluminum stock.

The mount I made to attach to the motor was challenging to get lined up correctly but works nice also once tweaked.
I cannot take credit for the ideas. I copied the designs but cannot remember who posted or the threads I saw them in.
