I have a 31 foot Airstream trailer that has 4 TV's, 4 Directv Receivers, a Blue Ray player, and sound bar. The Directv receivers and sound bar are behind cabinets. Is there any single remote that I can buy that will control all devices?

:welcome to Satelliteguys John S.!

The standard Directv remote only controls up to three, I think. I'm sure someone makes one that can do four, but maybe only in ir. If there are in cabinets, you may have to use rf to control them. Have you tried doing a Google search?

Can you control four with one remote in rf?

Without ir repeater eyes that would eventually hit some sort of hub.. and the hub talking to the remote in rf this is not possible as each device would need to be able to receive an rf signal from a universal manufacturer. So no a remote cannot talk to four devices using rf as it would need four rf frequencies.

Remember that very few devices are controllable in RF. RF control from a universal remote like Harmony involves transmitting an RF signal to an RF receiver (the "hub" that twizt3dkitty mentions) which then generates IR signals to the devices, so it's really IR control. The Directv boxes ARE controllable in RF but there is no universal remote that will directly control four of them.
And unless the TVs are all from different manufacturers some of them will respond to the same IR codes.
The only technology around that might work for this is some sort of IP control, assuming all the devices are internet-connected, but again I don't know of anything specific, some of the high-end remote systems might allow you to this.
