Contract Date

Is the contract date in the Dish Network web site account someplace? I can't seem to find it in the My Account section and the monthly statement.

I used the online chat on the Dish Network site and asked when my contract was up. The CSR said she would check and came back with the day and month that my contract expires. I really like the online chat, as it is much quicker than calling and there are not a lot of menus to go through.

I have sent an email to Dish Customer Support and asked them where is the info. I concur with you tsduke, it should be in the statement and/or in the MY Account section of the Dish Network web site. I will post here when they respond.

Dish Feedback section emailed me back. They said: "Unfortunately, the contract period is not specified on our website." They said they would mail me the contract if I wished. I wrote back and suggested they put the contract date in their web site and on the monthly statement. Oh well.
