Contacting DIRT

Is it just me or does it seem like it's harder to catch a DIRT member online or contact them now. I sent a pm (start conversation) last week and never got a response after a couple hours and sent another one to someone else when they came online to get a replacement receiver sent out. Its been 4 hrs now since I sent one at 6:50 this evening and no response and tried a different one just now and it says their inbox is full.

Just wondering as I really hate calling in. Guess going to the chat will be next option

Dish does has high than average turnover rate for employees moving to greener pastures, so they may be short staffed.

Apologize for any inconvenience. We are here from 6 to 11pm MT. Facebook and Twitter sometimes get backed up and will require all hands on deck.
