Considering a return to DISH

I moved last year and switched to ATT Uverse for their wireless receivers. I moved to an old 2-story home with plaster walls. I've been happy with the wireless receivers and the DVR service. What I'm not happy about is the upcoming price increase.
So I'm wondering if the wireless joey works well and does it interferes with WiFi?. If I switch back to DISH I'll have Charter's 30Mb download. I now have Uverse 12.
Can I record 2-4 channels?
I have the U300 package with Uverse (which includes showtime, stars, and Encore) and 12 Mb internet and 1 DVR and 2 Wireless receivers. I pay $113/month.
Something comparable with DISH? (I'll pay $25/ month for 30Mb with Charter.
Regarding picture quality, I was switching between my HD antenna and my Uverse HD local channel, what a difference! HD local on Uverse was horrible. never knew until I compared. So I'm wondering about the other channels, is DISH better?

Joeys may work wirelessly, but that is not supported by Dish, and Dish isn't going to do a wireless installation. Just FYI, so you'd either have to buy it and self-install, or allow Dish to run cables.

A local retailer may be more willing to work with you. After a Joey has been set up with coax, you can then shift to wireless.
