I have dishnetwork. Currently we have a single cable running from the DPP44 switch outside to our network hub inside in the basement and supports one TV. We would like to expand to additional rooms. I am told we have to run as many cables from the outside to the hub to expand. This means drilling through the finished walls. Any reasonable options someone can suggest.

Thanks

Can you move the DPP44 to the hub area? Then you only need as many cables from the dish as feeds the DPP44 today.

The DPP44 that is outside is connected to the actual dish with about 4 input wires. So even if I move the DPP44 inside, I still have to move the 4 input wires through the drywall. So any other options such as a switch etc. ?

What could possibly go wrong?

Whatever happened to Dish User?
