Commercial account pricing question

We have a commercial account, Private Plus, with 6 301's and modulators
feeding tv's in the break rooms, a number of private offices, and waiting
areas. I'm a little confused as to how Dish will price it when we expand to
15 receivers from the 6 we have now. A commercial rep told me to fax in the
MDU wholesale form, but it doesn't really pertain to a "modulated account".

Does anyone have a similar setup? How does the pricing work... I think we
pay $55 for the first receiver, then $5 per additional, instead of each
group of 6 having to have their own account.

It would be less complicated to have 301's at each TV, but the owners don't
want to have the equipment spread throughout the complex.

Thanks in advance for any info

What kind of business is it? It sounds like some sort of office in which case it should just be $5 more per month for each receiver you want to add. MDU is generally for businesses that have people staying for extended periods of time such as apartments, hotels, or hospitals. These accounts have a programming price per receiver.
