Cometit 10 foot dish

Saw a rather strange dish today, it has COMETIT painted on the centre disk, it must be at least a 10 footer and possibly a 12. It looks good from a distance with a nice shiny aluminum outer ring, but on close inspection the mesh is in pretty ratty shape, the mesh gaps are probably not Ku-band compatible, and it looks like the dish is one single panel, which would be hard to dismantle.

I am going to pass on this one as a take home, but just wondering if others have seen the Cometit brand and if they have a reputation/history?
